This position is responsible for food preparation and maintaining kitchen standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Assist in food preparation

Ensure the quality of the food
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen
Understanding and complying with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements
Assist in cleaning duties
Perform any other duties assigned by Chef REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work independently and in a team
Physically and mentally fit and able to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment
Basic food hygiene certificate
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
