COMPANY DESCRIPTION
We are one of the largest one-stop Underground Utilities Infrastructure companies based in Singapore.

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Experience in LTA Road Works, especially flexible pavement and rigid payment;
  • Familiar with local working environment and requirement by local authorities;
  • Conversant in AutoCAD and able to develop simple drawings such as traffic control plans, review construction drawings for road works, familiar with LTA standard drawings for road elements;
  • Assist PM in making submissions, tracking and obtaining approvals from SO.;
  • Coordinate with QS for claims and assist in preparing supporting documents;
  • Consolidate and prepare daily records, weekly reports, Monthly progress reports;
  • Assist Project Manager in meetings with SO and LTA and other meetings required;
  • Coordinate consultant and client (LTA) for planned activities;
  • Assist Project Manager in tracking project progress, project planning, advanced procurement;
  • Coordinate with site operation team ensure smooth and timely completion of works;
  • Taking and scheming of road levels where required; Picking up manhole details and existing traffic lines or schemes on the road;
  • Submit the detailed calculation and plans to the SO;
  • Measuring and preparing job measurement sheets for payment of completed Works;
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or qualifications acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
  • LTA project experiences preferred
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
  • 6 days work week
