    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are representing a few hotels to hire candidates with the right fit for the following vacancy

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide efficient check-in and check-out service at Hotel Reception
    • Manage walk-in, email, phone enquiries, and internet hotel room reservations
    • Resolve guest complaints and special requests when need arises
    • Ensure hotel policies and instructions implemented accordingly
    • Liaise with other departments in all areas of operation
    • Perform any other duties as required and directed by the Management.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably with 1 year working experience in a similar capacity
    • Willing to work on rotating shifts
