• Create business plans and develop business strategies to achieve the business goals
• Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of our entity
• Manage and implement business continuity plans
• Identifying new opportunities for business growth and development by opening setting up new outlets
• Organising, workflows to improve coordination between all business parties and maximise efficiency and productivity
• Administer purchasing and receiving procedures
• Monitor income and expenses
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency
• Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyse variances and initiate corrective actions
• Assessing overall company performance
• Must possess Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Must have working experience with supermarket
