- To develop and implement individual or group psychological intervention/therapy for children and families, adults coping with emotional, behavioural and social difficulties.
- Conduct psychological assessments for a range of clinical issues.
- Analyse results of psychological assessments and provide recommendations based on individual needs.
- Write detailed psychological reports and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide complete documentation and records of assessments and treatments according to company policies.
- Full-time, 5-day work week. Able to work Tuesday to Saturday.
- Locum / Part-time options available: 3 or 4 days per week.

- Master or PhD Clinical Psychology or Applied Psychology from accredited university.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pediatrics preferred.
- Experience in identifying psychological, emotional, or behavioural issues and providing psychological interventions to children and their families.
- Well-developed skills in case formulation and experience in delivering therapeutic interventions (eg. CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR and other best practice interventions)
- Knowledge and skills in conducting risk assessments for suicide and self-harm.
- Excellent communication skills, specifically the ability to communicate with children and adolescents of different ages and from different cultural and socio-economics backgrounds.
- Must be approachable and empathic.
- Knowledge and skills in conducting mental health assessments for children and adolescents.
- Registered or eligible for registration with recognised professional body or Singapore Psychological Society.
