    Description

    ​We are working with a leading firm to search for a Regional IT Support Lead.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for ASEAN offices
    • Responsible for IT operations and projects with End User IT Services for ASEAN offices.
    • Working with senior stakeholders to deploy projects and manage capacity.
    • Review and maintain knowledge on all purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems.

    Requirements:

    To qualify, individuals must possess:

    • Bachelor's in IT-related discipline
    • At least 3 -5 years of relevant experience
    • MUST HAVE:
      1. Experienced in level 2 support
      2. Experienced in Microsoft Entra and Office 365
      3. Strong Knowledge on Microsoft 365, Active Directory Sites and Services, DNS, DHCP, and DFS.
