    Roles & Responsibilities

    This role is to elevate our APAC marketing capability efforts through the partnership with Global marketing capability

    team, BU categories and sector marketing execellence team to develop and deploy world class marketing capability

    content and drive the capability building with perfect implementation across BUs to elevate PepsiCo's talent advantage

    and sustain as a global leader in Convenient Foods and Beverages.

    Accountabilities

    • Idenfity and evaluate marketing capailibity development opportunities to help transformation of marketing function Provide thought leadership on best ways to achieve program objectives and to fill capability gaps with systematic plans, with a multi-year roadmap. Partnership with global marketing capability team, and sector marketing teams to drive sustainable and sophisticated tracking and measurement across programs.
    • Coordinate with BU category and marketing excellence teams to drive key marketing transformation projects and ensure the new capabilities are landing on BU teams
    • Provide connection to and integration with other strategic business & capability programs leveraging PEP U, Functional and Sector initiatives.
    • Validate and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of new and existing training and development programs to ensure that capability priorities are being achieved for the function.
    • Keep eyes on the emerging trends and best practices, particularly as they relate to marketing capability, and make recommendations on how to apply new approaches.
    • Lead the end-to-end project management of the BAM awards designed to reward and recognize outstanding marketing and brand growth activities' execution across APAC each BUs
    • Lead APAC level marketing communication agenda inc. APAC Marketing townhall, marketing spotlight etc.

    Key Skills/Experience Required

    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
    • At least 10 years working experience related to Marketing with critical experience preferred
    • With strong leadership, organizational savvy and high learning agility
    • Strong timeline and project management capability.
    • Ability to build excellent relationships, including senior leader stakeholder management
    • Knowledge of PepsiCo Marketing organization and previous brand management experience preferred
    • Experience with Learning and Development, training content development and center of excellence experience is an advantage.
