The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day support for Admin, IT and HR for Travelodge Hotels Asia's Corporate Office.RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
- Assist with company daily administration, procurement and general office management, including but not limited to screening of phone calls, reception duties, ordering of pantry supplies and stationery, upkeep of printer functionality, and arranging of local and overseas courier
- Assist in upkeep of records and mails, which includes but not limited to filing, organizing and scanning of documents and other administrative work
- Liaising with IT manager to ensure that the IT equipment in office is working properly
- Assist with HR admin tasks
- Arrangement of flight and accommodation for colleagues
- Cover PA duties when PA is on leave (for Managing Director)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
_Qualifications and Experience:
_
- Preferably 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
_Personal Qualities & Attributes:
_
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with people at different levels
- Has excellent organisational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Possess positive working attitude
