Customer Service Specialist - Singapore - RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD.
Description
Our client is a MNC in Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West area - easily accessible.
Duties of Customer Service Specialist:
- Manage endtoend daily operations encompassing sales work, sales fulfilment, service activities, and customer relationship management.
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, sales orders, and delivery orders.
- Coordinate with Germany HQ on pricing, freight costs, and service agreements.
- Monitor customers' purchase orders, payment status, and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, stock, inventory, and order fulfilment.
- Liaise with internal departments, third parties, and APAC region countries to address customer needs and requests.
- Generate monthend closing reports for sales and purchase transactions, and provide required reports to the finance department.
- Handle administrative duties, manage courier services and deliveries, and perform adhoc tasks assigned by the manager or designated officer.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field
- Experience with Parts / Spare Parts is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with Pivot Table & Vlookup is an added advantage
