Our client is a prestigious investment FI with global footprints and a continued investment in Asia with a dedicated focus on their people strategy and continuous staff development. With business growth, they have a newly created role reporting to the Head of Insurance and Risk.
This is a newly created role to develop and implement the captive organization's insurance business and risk management capabilities. You will deliver the strategy, policies, underwriting and risk management solutions. You will be responsible for all regulatory, compliance and governance obligations are delivered and implemented. This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with global senior stakeholders and external liaison.

You have at least years of relevant in-house or intermediary insurance experience. Risk consulting experience for Insurance is desirable. You have a mix of Insurance brokers Risk and Captive Insurance experience. Sound knowledge of Property Damage and Employee Benefits solutions. You are confident, dynamic, strategic with strong analytical skills and excellent communication and presentation skills. You have a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders/C-Suite and global stakeholders.
