Introduction

We are looking for a Manager, Process Engineering (Metrology) who will lead and Manage Metrology process group to achieve lean measurement for process/tool drift detection/APC.

Drive for effective sampling for quality, cost and cycle time. Work closely with Equipment and Manufacturing Managers to address equipment constraint issues, OEE. Ensure Quality of Measurement Job file / Libraries to achieve accuracy and integrity. Support TD Development of New Technologies measurement requirement.

Your Job

To manage and lead a group of Principal Engineers, Senior Engineers, Engineers and Associate Engineers to sustain and optimize process capability to meet respective module goals and achieve company objective
Provide training and guidance to Engineers and Associate Engineers to achieve maximum performance effectiveness
Supervisory, mentoring & coaching of engineers
Evaluates engineer's work performance, identifies strengths and weaknesses, offers feedback, and sets goals for future performance
Develop and modify s process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards
Create, analyze and review technical charts
Establish SOP (Standard operating process) and FMEA (Failure mode and effects analysis) for related process
Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules
Integrates equipment and material capabilities to meet process module and technology specifications
Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve process performance indices

What You Will Need

PhD/Master/Degree in Chemical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering or other relevant discipline
At least 810 years working experience in submicron wafer fab industry
Fluent in English
Good analytical & problemsolving skills
Strong Leadership qualities

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with diverse teams, customers, internal and external partners
Selfmotivated, meticulous, and disciplined
