Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Analyze user requirements and engage users from Business Units, Operations and IT to understand their requirements and functional specification and build test scenarios/ test cases based on the functional specifications for the assigned applications.
Liaise with business users and help in preparing project documentation such as User Requirement Specification (URS) and Functional Specification (FSD) conforming to Project SOP
Prepare test scenarios and test cases with traceability matrix to ensure testing cover all function points documented in Functional Specification Document
Provide UAT support and coordination with the UAT testers to ensure successful completion of UAT
Carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge in IT Project Management
Appreciation of the banking operational processes and knowledge in any banking products will be an advantage
