    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Working Schedule: 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
    • Shift Options: 8am – 5.30pm, 8.30am – 6pm, 9am – 6.30pm
    • Location: Tuas West Road
    • Compensation: $3,000 – $3,500 per month (No Commission) + Allowance / Reimbursement

    Requirements

    • GCE "A" level, business diploma, sales & marketing background, or relevant qualifications
    • 2 – 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive
    • Prior exposure to the building sector is advantageous
    • Proficiency in MS Office

    Job Duties

    • Proactively identifying and engaging with potential sales leads, negotiating agreements, and ensuring client contentment
    • Delivering top-notch technical advisory services and producing project specifications for Architects, Facade Consultants, and Contractors
    • Collecting insights from clients or potential leads to collaborate with internal departments in refining sales tactics
    • Actively exploring fresh sales prospects via cold calling, networking, and online platforms
