Role
As a member of the Product Management team, you will work with a crossfunctional team to plan, design, and develop new features focused on the core experience for the users.
Participate in the full lifecycle of product development, including conducting research & discovery to understand our members' problems, developing a product roadmap, being the owner of the PDR (Product Development Requirements) and the RFC (Request for Comments), running Spring

- planning meetings and standups, and collaborating with partner teams to deliver a cohesive product experience. You'll partner with design to come up with solutions that makes money feel simple and approachable.

You'll define and analyze metrics that measure product success & health. You'll guide other Product Owners, and help lead a highly functioning team. Most importantly, you'll challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the full product development lifecycle for key features.
Develop a forwardthinking vision for your area of the product that is inspiring and innovative.
Define and prioritize key platform automation enhancements, including strategic integrations that address validated customer needs.
Engage and build relationships with designers, developers, integrators, partners, and customers to identify opportunities to deliver technical guidance and value to better understand how to serve our users.
Inspire both your own team as well as your crossfunctional peers and executives in order to build strong partnerships in delivering excellent products and services.
Influence key stakeholders throughout Magic in order to align intent, resources, and prioritization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience managing b2b software products, shipping great software, effectively driving prioritization, and identifying and making key tradeoffs.
Experience as a product manager of technical products, especially developer platforms or products heavily driven by strategic integrations and APIs.
You have experience leading existing products and starting from scratch.
You have crafted platform product strategies and can weigh the pros and cons of product decisions from a crossfunctional perspective.
Strong customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs.
You are dataminded and deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact through experimentation.
Have a desire and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fastpaced environment.
Excellent facilitator and are comfortable leading teams through ideation, research, and the natural ambiguity that occurs when defining new features. #LI-JACMY
