What you'll be doing


This is a specialised role under the Group Wealth Operations & Technology team, which primarily supports Bank of Singapore - an OCBC subsidiary and one of Asia's fastest growing private banks.

You will partner the Group Wealth leadership, HR, and Group Brand & Communications to:1.
Create a top-notch experience for employees, from the time they join us to the time they leave.

a.

Design and organise townhalls, skip-level meetings, dialogue and networking sessions, induction programmes for new joiners, celebratory events, appreciation campaigns, and other engagement initiatives.

b.

Gather and analyse employee feedback from the Employee Engagement Survey (EES), skip-level meetings, pulse surveys, and focus groups; and working with leadership to develop action plans to address them.

c. Reduce unnecessary friction from the employee onboarding journey and finding ways to set up new joiners for success.

2.
Craft engaging and coherent communications and leadership messages to inform, inspire, and equip employees to support our priorities.

a. Create a comprehensive employee communication strategy and generate engaging content that cuts through the noise.

b. Provide change management and communications support for major changes to ensure that each employee embraces and adopts the change.

c. Provide copywriting and editorial support to the leadership and other teams.

3.
Cultivate an organisational and team culture that enables and breathes our LIFRR values.

a.

Diagnose issues and implement interventions to foster better collaboration within and between teams and raise the maturity of our agile squads.

b. Recognise exemplars and reinforce desired behaviours through employee awards, internal communications, and other platforms.

4.
Curate and manage learning interventions to support employee upskilling and reskilling.

a.

Identify learning needs and implement learning and development programmes to upskill employees and enable them to deliver on our priorities.

b.

Curate and manage e-learning O&T curriculum for technical learning pathways for software engineering and work with training providers to develop suitable learning programmes.

5.
Compete for and attract talent to Group Wealth Operations & Technology.

a.

Partner HR to attract and engage young talents through the divisional Graduate Talent and internship programmes and ensure that we attract our fair share of talents.

b.

Shape our employment brand by sharing and getting the Group Wealth leadership team to share relevant updates on social media.

c. Shortlist and pitch for suitable industry awards to brand Group Wealth Operations & Technology.


Qualifications

Skills and traits we'd love you to have.

3 or more years of relevant expertise. Experience in organisation development, HR, culture change, change management, internal communication, consulting, employee engagement, marketing, branding, or event management is a plus.
