    Roles & Responsibilities

    Summary

    Drive business success by leveraging HR expertise to navigate complex environments and develop tailored solutions. Spearhead the HR & Admin function to deliver exceptional support and foster a high-performing culture, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while optimizing organizational performance through strategic HR leadership.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives.
    • Identify capability gaps and develop plans to address them, fostering a future-ready organization.
    • Coach and support managers in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
    • Design and implement employee experience programs to boost motivation, well-being, and retention, enhancing the employer brand.
    • Lead organizational design and development initiatives to optimize structure, talent, and culture.
    • Develop and deliver strategic interventions to accelerate leadership growth and drive a high-performance culture.
    • Foster a culture of talent development and succession planning, ensuring future leadership bench strength.
    • Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services and outcomes.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7-10 years of regional HR experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, dynamic situations.
    • Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.
