    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, with a focus on beverages and wine.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve business targets.
    • Manage and mentor the restaurant management team to ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Monitor and control operational costs, including inventory management, staffing, and other expenses.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and cost-effective procurement.
    • Create and update menus to offer a diverse range of enticing food and beverage options, with a special focus on wine selections.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the dining experience and maintain a competitive edge.
    • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive customer traffic.

    Requirements

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in restaurant management, with a strong focus on beverages and wine.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant and achieving business targets.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • In-depth knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including wine selection, food pairing, and industry trends.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts.
    • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
    • Legal authorization to work in the location of the job posting.
