    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Details:

    • Work/Office Location: Nearest MRT Redhill
    • Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract to Perm
    • Salary Range : UP to 3,500 + Completion Bonus
    • Working Days : Monday to Friday
    • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (1 Hour Break)

    Main Duties & Responsibilities

    • Processing of Purchase Orders
    • Preparation of Invoices
    • Follow up and monitor customer's complaints and overdue payment
    • General clerical duties, data entry including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.
    • Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager.
    • Office support and follow-up for the sales and aftersales team
    • Good skill communication and coordination
    • Computer literate – MS Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Responds to any customer inquiry
    • Follow up with HQ production plant and customer import department on shipping documents
    • Liaise with Local and Oversea logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.
    • Keeps information accessible by sorting and filing documents
    • Accomplishes the organisation's mission by completing related results as needed.
    • Documentation Skills, Basic knowledge about customs clearing, importing and exporting.
    • Report meeting minutes and any issue which leads to unwelcome situations to the supervisor.
    • Liaise with finance/management team on any sales and purchase finance related matters.
