    Description

    Our team, headquartered in Hong Kong, comprises a global network of researchers, engineers, designers, operators, and web3 veterans dedicated to shaping the future digital economy.

    We firmly believe in the transformative power and ethos of web3. With our long-term, hands-on approach, we assist our portfolio companies and advisory clients from initial concept to fully-fledged ventures. Additionally, we invest in promising startups through our venture capital arm.

    You will be responsible for:


    • Working with product team to develop new features and improve existing features, and come up with the best solutions and implementation plans for said changes
    • Integrating our user facing features with smart contract logic and onchain data
    • Writing fully tested, high quality and performant code
    • Optimize applications for maximum performance across a variety of devices including desktop, tablets and smartphones
    • Integrating APIs and working closely with external service providers to ensure smooth operation
    • Contributing to the estimations, planning and execution of projects, features, and integrations
    • Participating in code review and writing rigorous test cases to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices
    We expect you to have:


    • 3+ years of experience in software engineering with solid, demonstrable work on Github or otherwise
    • Shipped a product to mainnet using Solidity
    • Ability to ship code using testdriven development
    • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
    • Awareness of engineering best practices for fintech products and DeFi protocols
    • Problemsolving skills, an analytical mindset, and good judgment
    You will thrive in this role if you have:

    • A Bachelor's or professional degree in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics field; or provable experience and/or proofofwork
    • Knowledge or expertise in , React/React Native, gas optimization and basic knowledge of encryption and cryptography
    • Deep understanding of financial products in a web3 context
    • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle, including engineering, design, UI, UX and QA
    • Either experience with some of our tech stack, or are confident you can cross train and up skill quickly
