We are an established local company providing full range of quality electrical services with highly skilled in-house professional electricians.With over 3000 satisfied clients, we can take on small to big scale residential to commercial electrical projects.
We are looking for a mature and responsible Admin Assistant to join us.
General duties include but are not limited to:
Support day-to-day operation
Liaise with internal and external parties
Managing and processing claims and reimbursements from team members.
Maintain good relationship with client
Liaise with subcontractor
Liaise with vendors
Monitor material usage and order materials
Check prices of supplier's invoices and updating material price list
To support any other general admin duties as and when required
To carry out all other reasonable tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Any other adhoc duties when assigned
