Polaris Science is now looking for a
Technical Support Engineer to join our team to serve the scientific industry and be part of the contributor to it.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Perform installation & training, maintenance and support for the R&D equipment
  • Perform regular maintenance/ service jobs and prepare service reports
  • To troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of down equipment
  • Prompt response to service calls and minimize turnaround time
  • Provide professional and good quality service to customers to ensure the satisfactory level of the equipment use
  • Build and maintain customer's relationship to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Prompt response to service calls and minimize turnaround time

Role Requirements:


  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering preferred, other engineering discipline can be considered
  • Customersoriented service attitude and always be ready to serve
  • Able to work independently or as a team, selfdiscipline and motivated, positive attitude with good communication skills
  • Possess own transport is preferred
