- Assist with:
- A diploma/ degree in Business Administration or any related discipline, or other equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- The ability to work effectively, independently and be hands-on in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to handle multiple stakeholders and projects
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, comfortable to work across borders with a wide network of people

How will you value-add?
To work closely and assist the Tax Ops and Admin Manager in the following areas:
- Internal projects (e.g. LoS and CG social activities)
Document preparation for confidential engagements (formatting, proofreading, sending for digital signature, archiving)
Preparation for client related meetings (e.g. pre-meeting research)
Proposal or business development related support
Network and connect with secretaries of clients to facilitate administrative requirements of job engagements
