Drive business growth of Ant's cross-border payment business "Alipay+" through acquiring more mobile payment partners (e-wallets, BNPL and digital banks) to onboard Alipay + in order to allow users in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan to make non-card digital payment to international merchants, and driving more transaction volume through proposing and drive implementation of complementary products to mobile payment partners.
- Assisting country manager in managing country P&L with key emphasize on both:
- Issuing ("No. of User Covered, and Annual No. of User Transacting")
- Overall GMV, and pricing strategy locally
- Strong abilities to do cross function coordination with HQ and regional header quarters Practice Ant culture within local team, build and empower local talent
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experiences
- Proven experience in managing the whole P&L and worked in internet startup environment
- Deep understanding on card schemes, mobile payment and fintech industry
- Has quantitative skillset and strategic thinking
- Ability to represent Ant in C level locally
- Deep connections into local banking, fintech industry, and regulatory communities will be an added advantage
- Proficient in English
