Responsibilities:

Provide career retention support (case management) services to exoffenders
Manage scheduling and conduct of work site visits and/or video/phone calls to exoffenders, their employers and/or supervisors
Monitor and report Career Retention Supportrelated matters
Determinants on receiving cases
Facilitate the conduct of case management audits when requested

Requirements:

Minimally a Degree holder
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing a team of staff/projects
Minimum 2 years of experience in project/contract management, preferably related to the provision of case management services
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office, Excel

Salary Range:

- $4,000 - $5,000
