Technical Support Engineer - Singapore - FERMAX ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To provide second and third levels of technical support for intercom / CCTV and access control systems and other securityrelated products.
- Prepare user manual and conduct training for the client as and when required.
- Conduct training to inhouse service teams for new product knowhow.
- To provide fault reporting on technical incidents and preventive measures.
- Liaise with suppliers on RMA matters
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years (if no one applies reduce to 1 year) Experience in the security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, and securityrelated system.
- Knowledge of TCP / IP, Network Structure, Firewall, LAN, and VLAN
- Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability.
