Roles & Responsibilities:


  • To provide second and third levels of technical support for intercom / CCTV and access control systems and other securityrelated products.
  • Prepare user manual and conduct training for the client as and when required.
  • Conduct training to inhouse service teams for new product knowhow.
  • To provide fault reporting on technical incidents and preventive measures.
  • Liaise with suppliers on RMA matters

Requirements:


  • Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years (if no one applies reduce to 1 year) Experience in the security system field with knowledge of Access Control, CCTV, Alarm, and securityrelated system.
  • Knowledge of TCP / IP, Network Structure, Firewall, LAN, and VLAN
  • Strong analytical skills and problemsolving ability.
