Description

• Collaborate with the Vessel Manager to procure spare parts and consumables for assigned ships.
• Coordinate the delivery of spares and stores to ships.
• Review all invoices from suppliers and maintain accurate computer records.
• Manage files for all spare parts inventories received from ships.
• Maintain document control, including keeping a checklist of periodic reporting due from vessels.
• Organize annual surveys and services for assigned vessels.
• Ensure ship certificates are up-to-date in the database (JIBE).
• Report to the Vessel Manager.

Requirements:

• Hold a diploma or degree in a related field, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Possess strong written and verbal skills.
• Have proficiency in PC knowledge, and experience with purchasing or related software is preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and Sharepoint.
