Your Role Position Summary**The primary role of Customer Service Executive includes processing the orders placed by customers based in Philippines and other South East Asia markets, validate orders as well as ensuring customers' wish dates are met.

The Customer Service Executive reports directly to Customer Service Manager with close collaboration with Customer Service Lead.


The Position:


  • Responsible for order processing for Symrise
  • Key market responsible: Philippines and other South East Asia market
  • Perform order entry or validate orders
  • Liaise with various departments such as Planning, Purchasing etc. to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to customers based on Wish Dates
  • Order tracking activities such as sending Order Confirmations to Customers, keep Customers informed of order status, react promptly to order instruction changes by Customers
  • Coordinate goods return or product recall if required
  • Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent
  • Min 35 years' experience in Customer Service function
  • Native in Tagalog has an added advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent SAP or ACCPAC working experience
