Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob description
1. To scan accounting documents and upload to PCloud.
2. You will be trained to sort accounting documents into various categories,
such as sales invoices, suppliers invoices, bank statements, petty cash vouchers,
and other cash receipts
3. To perform filing of documents to respective folders.
4. To download documents from PCloud into an accounting software.
5. To visit our clients' premises to do the above tasks.
6. To perform any other jobs that may be assigned to you.
Qualifications.
1. Completed secondary school education
2. Completed NS training.
3. Must be able to speak Mandarin and English
4. Must be able to write Mandarin and English
5. Willing to travel to clients' premises to work
6. Willing to carry a laptop and a portable scanner to clients' premises
