Primary Purpose of the Position:


  • Develop and execute ecommerce trade marketing activity plan to generate the purchase intent from consumers that supports the achievement/overachievement of AOP.
  • Collaborate with Ecommerce sales team to initiate integrated brand/product/promotion campaigns to improve Goodyear's SOM in Ecommerce channels.
  • Build Goodyear's consistent brand image across all Ecommerce channels under the aligned brand/product strategy.

Responsibilities:

Market and Consumer Insight

  • Understand the growth opportunities of Ecommerce market and Goodyear products in different Ecommerce channels based on the data analysis.
  • Understand the consumer behavior in various platforms to keep optimizing the media and promotion plan.

Digital Marketing

  • Grow and monitor campaign budgets.
  • Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto digital platforms.
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Appraise important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, industry trends, and MarTech.

Promote the Right Brand/Product Message in E-commerce Channels

  • Ensure consistent brand(s)/products' identity and messages to deploy in ecommerce channels through collaboration with marketing team.
  • Develop attractive promotional image based on the seasonal promotions to engage with consumers under the brand guidebook.
  • Leverage the understanding of the market and consumers to optimize the ecommerce media plan to drive traffic to the right products to support the sales target.
  • Promote the purchase intent through the WOM building and KOL collaboration and other consumer programs in ecommerce channels.

Job Requirements:


  • Above 7 years working experiences in ecommerce
  • Minimum 4 years of sales or retail experience
  • Auto industry or FMCG background would be preferred
  • Data analysis capability to understand the opportunity for growth.
  • Excellent communication skill, especially with sales team and ecommerce platforms
  • Project management skill
  • Solid Marketing and ecommerce knowledge and sales experience
  • Drive for results in prioritized manner (balanced sense of urgency)
  • Innovative and creative thinking to leverage the latest and effective digital tools or marketing assets in ecommerce
