Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management on various projects and assignments.
- Confer with the finance department to assist in making payments, processing incoming invoices, and verification of receipts.
- Organize and manage a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.
- Organise staff and office events.
- Manage office administration including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces.
- Handle all travel and claims management (e.g., meal/flight/hotel booking).
- Assist with all general and phone inquiries and attend to office matters.
- Any other administrative responsibilities as required.
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- 12 years of equivalent work experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive, organized, multitasking and meticulous.
- Attentive to details.
- Ability to take initiative to complete the task assigned.
- Has a strong stakeholder focus and serviceoriented attitude.
- Enjoy closeknit & friendly startup company culture.
- Singaporeans and PRs preferred.
