    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    1. Provide strategic development consulting and advice to the company, assisting in the formulation of long-term and short-term strategic plans.
    2. Analyse market trends and competitive environment, evaluate the company's competitiveness and growth potential.
    3. Conduct market research and data analysis to provide support and guidance for the company's decision-making.
    4. Assist in the formulation and implementation of the company's business development plans, including market expansion, product innovation and customer relationship management.
    5. Participate in the formulation of the company's risk management strategy to ensure that the company can effectively respond to market fluctuations and risk events.
    6. Work with internal departments to coordinate resources and drive the execution of strategic projects.
    7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of strategic objectives, and adjust and optimize the strategic plan in a timely manner.

    Job Requirements:

    • Strong background in financial industry and familiar with the operation and regulations of financial markets, preferably with at least 15 years of experience in the financial futures industry.
    • Experienced in strategic planning and consulting, possess excellent data analysis skills and innovative thinking and strategic vision.
    • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a high level of responsibility and ability to handle pressure.
    • Salary will commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
