Job Responsibilities :
Define and lead the overall eCommerce operations including order management, supply chain, inventory planning and customer servicesDrive project initiatives, from an operational standpoint, for both known and unknown solutions that are identified to deliver solutions for the eCommerce process enhancementResponsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP (order entry / administration / shipping / etc.)

Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOPOversee allocation and establish replenishment process to maintain optimum inventory levels of key selling itemsManage and respond to issues with ticketing systems pertaining to order related queriesResponsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s)Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s)Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspectsCoordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company's riskMaintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management teamPre-Requisites :

Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industryAble to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Words and PowerPointKnowledge of SAP ECC an advantageStrong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicativeAbility to execute independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibilityExcellent organizational and planning skillsStrong people management skills.

Ability to manage and motivate direct reports and collaborate across a matrix organization.
