    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Description

    The Administration Executive supports outlet operations in the areas of property, tenancy and financial management. He/she ensures that records and reports are properly maintained and made available to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.

    From time-to-time, the Administration Executive may also assist with other administrative duties relating to meeting coordination, procurement, customer service and regulatory / audit compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
    • Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
    • Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics
    • Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
    • Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
    • Perform regular, ad hoc purchases and cost allocation
    • Reconciles and monitors licensee sales and accounts receivable
    • Manage applications, renewals and cancellations for utilities and various licenses
    • Responds to customer inquiries and feedback, including handling and qualifying incoming sales enquiries
    • Clerical duties including, but not limited to maintaining data accuracy and completeness, filing, note-taking, meeting support, claims submission
    • Month end inventory reconciliation
    QUALIFICATIONS

    Profile

    • GCE O Level/ Diploma
    • Organized and meticulous
    • Familiarity with office applications, especially GSheet/ Excel and Word/ Docs
    • Prior experience in the retail/ service industry preferred, especially in food services
    • Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Zendesk) will be an advantage
