Job Description

1) Familiarize with 3 to 5-axis CNC machines.

2) Perform machining of mould inserts/components to meet specifications.

3) Work with Supervisor & Section Leader on all new mould to meet delivery schedule.

4) Ensure breakdown tools are reinstated in running order to minimize production downtime

5) Maintain the machines under his care.

6) Observe safety rules strictly and maintain discipline in the Toolroom.

7) Maintain good 5-S and cleanliness of Toolroom.

Requirements

1) Min GCE N level or 3 years' experience in mold making industry.

2) NTC 3 or NTC 2 in Metal Machining or Tool & Die Making(Injection Mold).

3) Familiar with Fanuc & Heidenhain Controller, Able to operate Makino / OKK / DMG CNC 3-Axis machines & Toolroom equipment.

4) Familiarize with UG or NX Cad/Cam software.

5) Able to interpret Cam Setting sheet & 2D details drawing.

6) Hardworking and eagerness to learn.
