Description
This role will report to the Senior Director and APAC Sales Head. The role will be based out in Singapore.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Driving digital sales such as cloud, app development, digital transformation and managed services and other digital solutions etc.
  • Responsible for overall performance of Sales in Singapore.
  • Manage and own regional future planning, sales forecast, and budgeting process.
  • Establish high performing sales team for the region focused on growing the business through the maintenance and development of sales leads and opportunities.
  • Capable executive to take up the responsibility of a brand ambassador of the company for the region
  • Capable of engaging the leaders and holding CXO level conversations and connects to help them achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, longlasting customer relationships.
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Drive partner led sales and build network for the region.

Skillset and experience Required
:


  • 12+yrs of experience with Min. 5 years into IT Solutions Sales in Singapore/ ASEAN Geography
  • Must have a good understanding of positioning capabilities to clients and experience in driving sales for the region.
  • Should contribute to team effort by accomplishing related quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Competitive resultsdriven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and Clevel.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and lead and inspire the sales team of the region.
  • Understanding of solutionbased landscapes and trends.
