Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for Assistant Electrical Supervisors to oversee our team of electricians.

In this role, you will be responsible for on-site administrative submission and monitoring workflow, creating work schedules, providing technical assistance, and to assist and support the Electrical Engineer on site.

As an assistant to the Project Engineer on site, you should be proactive, exhibit strong leadership skills, a keen interest to learn and coupled with a sound knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.

An Assistant Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and implementing work schedules for the electrical staffs.
Assisting in providing motivation and assistance when necessary.
Assist inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff.
Able to read drawings, interprete design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.
Overseeing the purchasing and maintenance of the electrical equipment onsite.
Ensuring the work is completed on schedule.
Maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Assistant Electrical Supervisor Requirements:

A Diploma in electrical engineering or a similar field (Fresh Poly students are welcome)
Experience is not a requirement but must possess a willingness to learn OJT.
Strong leadership and managerial skills would be an advantage.
Indepth knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.
Able to read drawings, comprehend plans and proactive in solving issues.
Basic computer skills with a good eye for detail.
