Installation Technician Sg - Singapore - Guardian South East Asia

Description

The main purpose of this role is to ensure product hardware are installed, configured and serviced adequately to ensure optimum performance.

This is a hands-on role with requirement to travel frequently to be on-site for all installation & maintenance jobs. In doing so the Installation Technician will be responsible for

• Installation of all hardware per project requirement
• Configuration of product accordingly to specifications
• Replacement of damaged hardware components when necessary
• Uninstallation of all hardware components at the end of trials with potential clients
• Planned preventive maintenance with clients according to company SOP
• Troubleshooting product issues independently / with support
• Completing site service report and project documentation as necessary
• Perform other administrative duties as necessary

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Singaporean ONLY
• Computer literate mandatory
• Engineering or Technical educational background is beneficial
• Experience with site servicing is beneficial
• Demonstrated technical and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Demonstrated clientfacing and internal communications skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to produce site installation reports according to company format
• Possess own transportation

Salary:
$2, $3,300.00 per month
