    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Descriptions

    • Coordinating and attending to all guest service operations and information requests from guests
    • Greet, receive and bid farewell to guests at the front reception counter.
    • Collect payment from guests at the front reception counter before letting them enter the lounge.
    • Assist customers with their internet access requirements.
    • Arrange shower facility for customers.
    • Carry out regular checks of all areas of the lounge, such as the food counter, shower room, toilet, and internet area to ensure cleanliness and tidiness at all times and the functionality of all facilities.
    • Maintain the customer satisfaction level to Company's target(s) set from time to time and conduct continual improvement to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level.
    • Assist in handling ad hoc projects as assigned

    Requirements

    • Relevant experiences in hotel or hospitality are an advantage
    • Outgoing, presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Able to work independently and under pressure
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English
    • Required to perform shift work (Morning, Afternoon, and Night)
    • Will be required to work on weekends, Public Holidays with long-standing hours
