1. Lead a service team and responsible for planning of maintenance regime,


  • Possess general knowledge of electrical and mechanical (M&E) installations in Commercial Buildings,
  • Be the interface with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants,
  • Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in Buildings,
  • Provide technical advice and assistance on all maintenance functions for Electrical equipment,
  • Prepare quotation for adhoc tenancy activities,
