    Job Description:

    • Greet guests upon entering building
    • Manage general administrative duties (filing, recording) and manage meeting room bookings
    • Manage staff attendance system and process calculations
    • Handle and respond to sensitive and complex situations tactfully with care
    • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    Job Requirements:

    • Min. NITEC
    • Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills

    Other Information:

    • Location: Commonwealth
    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
    • Salary: Gross up to $2,000 per month
