Description
**Your ResponsibilitiesYou'll have a pivotal part to play in the end-to-end implementation of Jedox products.
You'll understand client business needs and use cases across a diverse customer portfolio, and empower our business partners to deliver top-tier projects to Jedox customers.
We offer an array of services, including guided implementation, project management, and technical services.- Analyze and evaluate client requirements and business processes to identify appropriate solutions and best practices for implementation, while providing guidance based on leading practices that are applicable for the client
- Lead the configuration and customization of Jedox to align with client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Work closely with project manager to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and costeffective delivery of software implementations while managing project risks and issues.
- Provide expert training and support to clients, both during and after the implementation process, to facilitate successful adoption and utilization of the solution.
- Collaborate with product management, software development teams to address any technical issues or enhancements required for successful implementation, while contributing to the improvement of Jedox.
- Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction, while mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to identify potential client opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree from recognised universities in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software implementation, project management, and client relationship management, with a track record of successful largescale projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problemsolving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with industrystandard project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMI, etc.).
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members, with a strong commitment to personal and team development.
