- Partnering client firms and anticipate the demands in talent sourcing projects across Asia
- Providing strategic consulting advice through competent business engagements with C-suite Executives;
- Searching methodically for suitable candidates within robust markets
- Interviewing and assess candidates' suitability thereby maintaining long-term relationships and candidate loyalty
- Managing the client-candidate interview process from interview to offer stage and beyond
- Providing a quality consultative service to both clients and candidates, based on experience and commercial knowledge.
- Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline
- No prior experience is required as mentorship will be provided
- Resourceful, self-motivated and resilient
- Passionate about people - enjoy meeting and fostering a strong professional relationship with clients and candidates.
- Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
