    Job Purpose

    Coordinates the preparation of qualification documents, gathering all the inputs & challenges of all departments in order to draft proposals/ tenders

    Job Description

  • Analyzes identified business opportunities, interprets customer requirements
  • Supports, develops and improves commercial and pricing practices and governance
  • Supports Tender Project Managers on driving tendering process and internal gate approval processes
  • Consolidates, analyses and edits information needed to prepare proposals, schedules, cost/ price/ margin estimates, etc
  • Analyzes the proposal schedule, monitors progress and highlights potential risks for on time delivery. Recommends corrective action plans for management approval.
  • Supports, and leads, capital expense approval process
  • Supports quick-turn proposal and tendering needs
  • Documents customer requirements and provides technical guidance related to sales strategy and proposals
  • Supports feasibility studies of partnerships, alternatives of new approaches, etc. for offered products and services
  • You are meant for this job if:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent preferred
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in the related field
  • Problem solving (Lean methodologies), process project management, planning, MS Excel, Miro, tendering support (a plus),
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
