Purpose:
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Sterra.
You will ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective operations, while also contributing to the development of long-term strategies for growth and success.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee the operations department of Sterra and ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Manage the logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition
- Develop, implement & monitor daytoday operational systems and processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce cost, increase productivity and provide excellent customer experience.
- Conduct analysis of business operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Build, motivate and manage a great team of operations personnel, setting KPIs and providing regular feedback to ensure high performance: Excellent delivery time, service turnaround time and amazing Customer Experience.
- Own Operations' P&L and optimize cost at all times
- Reduce the installation & delivery days
- Manage Inventory planning and warehouse management
- Manage & strengthen after sales reports, ensure great customer experience for after sales enquiries.
Qualifications & Skills required:
- Only Singaporeans/PRs may apply
- Bachelor's degree graduated from local universities will be preferred
- 35 years of Indepth experience in all aspects of supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, planning, forecasting, inventory management
- Experience in ecommerce highly preferred
- Experience in B2C-DTC retail products or consumer electronics preferred
- Leadership experience in managing people in a positive and inspiring manner
- Flexible and adapt to work in an exciting
startup environment: - Interpersonal skills to effectively manage, interact, negotiate, coach and communicate with employees.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize and execute tasks effective
