    Roles & Responsibilities


    Overall Responsibility:You shall assist the Departmental Head in the full spectrum of HR duties and handle HR projects.

    Job Specification:

    • Degree/Graduate Diploma preferably in HR Management
    • 8 years of directly relevant experience handling the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
    • Excellent people skills including but not limited to listening, ommunicating, coordinating, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong knowledge of local labour laws and related legislation.
    • High sense of integrity and objectivity in decision-making.
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • Team player with good business partnering sense .

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Assist the departmental head to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day workflow of subordinates in the HR department.

    · Handle full recruitment cycle including advertisement, on-boarding, induction and settling staff with hiring department.

    · Assist in monitoring deadlines of the performance and development management system

    · Prepare job descriptions, job advertisements for different forms of outreach for talent acquisition

    · Assist in reviewing human resources policies and procedures whenever necessary

    · Manage HR issues such as employee grievances, feedback and provide counselling / guidance advice to internal stakeholders

    · Handle HR data analysis and prepare regular HR reports for internal and management reporting

    · Assist in facilitating discussion/event to increase productivity and efficiency relating to work processes

    · Assist in employee engagement and CSR

    · Coordinate training administration for different categories of staff as assigned

    · Timely submission of claims and training grants to various government agencies / statutory bodies

    · Participate in various statutory surveys and sectoral surveys

    · Any other HR/Admin projects as assigned by the Departmental Head
