REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting experience
Knowledge in QuickBooks System
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel)
Only Singaporean
RESPONSIBILITES:
Prepare invoice, including using customer 3rd party Vendor Portal
Assist in tracking and follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivables and month end SOA
Data entry for Cash, Cheque and Giro Payments/Collections
Issuing, recording Petty Cash, Cheques and Bank Reconciliation
Drop Cheque and Mails as and when necessary
Postgraduate Diploma
