- Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.
- Solve faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.
- Implement improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.
- Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.
- Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians, Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.
- Diploma / NTC 3 in a technical field with technical work experience
- Diploma in a technical field with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- NTC3 in a technical field with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience in Mass Spectrometry (LCMS and GCMS) assembly and testing
- Equipment troubleshooting skills
- Understand ISO requirements
- Coaching skills for On-the-Job Training
