Administrative Officer (6-month contract)Job Purpose
- As part of the HR Shared Services team, you will work closely with the team on various administrative matters.
Responsibilities
- Administer staff pass (include issuance, printing, upkeep records, etc.)
- Administer Multifunctional device (MFD) & printer (include deployment, payment)
- Administer carpark decal for Senior Management (include issuance, managing records)
- Administer staff uniform (include managing requests, liaising with vendor, payment)
- Manage the admin assistant, company drivers (include managing leaves, time schedule, tasks deployment)
- Maintain company's vehicles (include vehicle servicing, deployment)
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Preferably at least 1 year of working experience
- Minimum Higher Nitec in Business or its equivalent
Skills
Generic skills include:
- A team player with good interpersonal, organization and communication skills
- Possess the ability to work well in a dynamic environment
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
