- Stakeholder Communication : Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements to deliver quality deliverables.
- Material Development: Collaborate with the Change Management team to create visually appealing and user-friendly materials (e.g. infographics, training manuals, guides and videos) that facilitate change and promote user adoption.
- Trainings and Clinics: Support the organization and execution of change management trainings and clinics to drive understanding and adoption of the SAP system.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, progress, and stakeholder interactions.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Be flexible and ready to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resource or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) or graphic design is a plus.
- Creative and detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and visual communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Immediate, ideally 6 months and above
