SmartClean is a fast-growing Cleanliness and Hygiene Intelligence company, operating in Singapore and India, and with an ongoing launch in 10+ countries.
SmartClean's solutions are being used in Smart Buildings as Healthy building offerings and smart facility management operations to fundamentally change how commercial Cleaning is managed, monitored, and audited.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our solutions
- IoT & SaaS product suite and its features
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns they may have
- Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives with our product.
- Track and report on customer success metrics
- Create and maintain customer documentation, including user guides and training materials
- Advocate for the customer internally and provide feedback to our product and engineering teams
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay uptodate on best practices and emerging trends in customer success
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
- Experience working with SaaS & IoT products
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with data and able to use it to make datadriven decisions
- Passion for customer success and helping customers achieve their business objectives
- Willingness to travel
